The program started with prarthane by Kum Chetana and Melodious song by Kum Amrita Nandi.
It was a great pleasure in having Dr Martand Joshi and Mrs Zofia Joshi as Chief Guests amongst us.
Dr. Malipatil talked about the achievements of Dr. Joshi and congratulated him on behalf of BSOAA by presenting a plaque and Bouquet of Flowers to Mrs. Joshi by Amrita Nandi.
Dr. Joshi talked about Basava’s history and philosophy as applicable to today’s way of our life. He further talked about essentialities of this life as Dharma Artha Kama and Moksha. He appreciated the existence of BSOAA as important contributor to preserve our language and culture.
